Overview

Plant-wide SCADA system for heat-treat facility of world-wide bearing manufacturer. Customer has 30+ independent processes. Some processes are the same, others are different. Requirements also include part tracking, batch tracking, reporting, and ERP integration.

Each process included its own PLC controller and data handling mechanism.

AEC's Solution

Wonderware Archestra System Platform with Intouch was used to develop SCADA. Custom .NET applications were developed for integration of multiple devices in the field and data handling into and out of the Application Server.
